Image Description
I spent the three days photographing these sand dunes located at Stockton Beach, just outside of Newcastle. On this morning I hiked 3kms and found this composition. Setting up my camera I knew something special was going to happen as the sky started to colour 20 minutes before sunrise. I sat in awe and watched the sky above catch fire.
